SaltoFIT is a uniquely created rebound method that features concepts and techniques designed to work the entire body and mind through a low-impact, high-intensity workout. Our rebound class routines feature movements and intervals carefully curated to engage all the major body systems and sculpt – all whilst working out in our fun, fast-paced, high-energy studios. SaltoFit is suitable for all levels of fitness. It detoxifies through the lymphatic system, making weight loss, toning, and muscle gain more efficient.

We believe in understanding the requirements of the mind when it comes to the body and we know that the mind wants to enjoy the process – which is why we fill our studios with vibrant positive energy and music to encourage and celebrate our bodies through fitness and fun. Our aim is to engage every “body” and to encourage a deeper love of self and of every personal fitness journey.

A well-structured workout incorporates working the whole body while engaging and targeting specific areas. At SaltoFIT, we understand how important it is to be able to see progression both in the body and in your workouts, which is why we maintain the same routine on 12-week rotations, this enables our members to push themselves to their own limits week after week without the added pressure of learning new moves. Our classes will have you enjoying the whole body experience class after class and week after week.
